The Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Program or SAPRP is a Department of Defense initiative approved in August 2008. Aggressively implementing the new Sexual Assault Prevention Strategy consists of four overlapping phases, each of which have specific goals for reducing sexual assault while simultaneously increasing the propensity to report this crime.
